In the Heart of Berchtesgaden

The property was fantastic. Clean, centrally located, but without the noise from the street. The property owner, Nicolle, was super nice and attentive without being intrusive. She even had two slices of apple cake and fresh eggs from her family’s property in our refrigerator when we arrived. I’d highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to spend quality time in Berchtesgaden.

Relaxing and lovely

We very much enjoyed staying at this apartment in Berchtesgaden. It's very comfortable, well stocked, and has a lovely view of the mountains. The hosts were friendly and offered tips on what to do in the area, info about the bus to Salzburg, etc. It's easy to walk to the main part of town from this apartment as long as don't mind the hills and a brief section of residential road with no sidewalk. I recommend this apartment and would happily stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cosy, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, a 15-20 minute walk from the bus and train station, and very close to the Saltmine, Obersalzburg cable car and Watzmann Therme. We were able to walk easily to Berchtesgaden centre to eat.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer gelungenen Mischung aus modernen Elementen und gemütlichem Charme. Auch das Grundstück ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt. Man merkt und sieht wie viel Arbeit und Herzblut die Gastgeberfamilie hineinsteckt.Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre herzliche und zuvorkommende Art, die unsere Zeit noch perfekter gemacht hat! Unser Aufenthalt war eine 12 von 10. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Een heerlijk verblijf in Landhaus Kranzbichl

Wat hebben we fijne dagen gehad in vakantiehuis Untersberg en wat een gezellig en schoon onderkomen, de verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk, bij binnenkomst stond er heerlijk gebak voor ons klaar en verse kippeneitjes, we hebben onbezorgd genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige omgeving

Kranzbichelhof - Immer wieder

Obwohl wir schon kurz nach dem Mittag ankamen, war alles vorbereitet: Der Ort, wo wir den Schlüssel finden konnten. In der Wohnung stand zur Begrüßung ein Teller mit Kuchen. Auch im Kühlschrank ein Gruß von den Hühnern. Bei der Onlineanmeldung der Kurkarte war Frau Giritzer uns sehr behilflich. Ebenso erhielten wir Tipps für Unternehmungen für schönes und schlechtes Wetter. Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet, es fehlte an Nichts. Auch während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir immer sehr freundlichen Kontakt zur ganzen Familie. Es war war ein richtig angenehmer Aufenthalt im Kranzbichelhof. Danke dafür.

Wunderbare Frühlingstage im Februar

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Sogar Eier und Kuchen waren inklusive - was für eine Überraschung! Für Fragen standen die freundlichen Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zum Bahnhof läuft man etwa 20 Minuten, Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. So fällt es leicht, die wundervolle Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage auch ohne Schnee sehr genossen!

Perfect in every way!

Lovely location, simple but beautiful and very comfortable apartment. I was greeted with fresh flowers, a slice of homemade cake and eggs from their chickens were in the fridge. The owners gave me wonderful hiking suggestions and were just a delight to talk with. Hope very much to stay there again!

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Für eine kleine Familie ist es die passende Wohnung. Liebevolle Details wie frische Blumen und Kuchen zur Begrüßung, eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und absolute Sauberkeit machen glücklich! Wanderwege und Stadt, Natur und Freizeiteinrichtungen liegen fast direkt vor der Haustür. Und die GastgeberInnen waren ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und herzlich!

Einfach perfekt!

Besser geht es nicht. Es begann schon mit einem Begrüßungsstück selbstgebackenen Kuchens (wo gibt es denn bitte sowas noch ;-)). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie das gesamte Ambiente in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Alles an Equipment und Ausstattung, was man benötigt, war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Und natürlich gab es auch hilfreiche Geheimtipps für Ausflugsziele von der sehr sympathischen Senior- und Junior-Familie. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können die Adresse nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung "Watzmann" und sie war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sie war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr nett, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. bei der Ankunft waren schon Eier von den eigenen Hühnern im Kühlschrank und zwischendurch gab es selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Der Garten mit Liegen, grill und allem was dazu gehört durfte frei genutzt werden. Toll war auch das Erfrischungsbad, was aus einer Quelle gespeist wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist (für uns) optimal. Die Watzmann-Therme ist 5 Min. Fußweg und das Salzbergwerk ist 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt. In die Fußgängerzone gelangt man in 15 Min. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in Allem war es für uns ein super schöner Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an die Familie Giritzer

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe und bayrischem Charme eingerichtet . Alles sehr sauber und nicht alt. Gastgeber Familie sehe sympathisch und freundlich . Es gab immer Tipps für unsere Ausflugsziele. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Man kommt in 2 Min. zur Bushaltestelle oder in 15 Min. zum Bahnhof. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder . Vielen Dank

Perfekte Ausgangslage

Alles bestens. Gute Kommunikation mit der Familie. Haben viele Ausflugstips auf Lage. Leckere Kuchen zum Begrüßung. Perfekts Basislager um das Berchtesgadener Land zu erkunden. Biergarten und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbare Nähe. Kommen gerne wieder.
