Sonnige, zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten, Bank, Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sie haben eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berchtesgadener Berge. Entfernung nach Salzburg ca. 15 km. Unser Haus befindet sich im Skiort Oberau, die Roßfeldskiabfahrt führt am Haus vorbei. Rodelbahn und wunderschöne Winterwanderwege, Loipen, Babylift und Ski- und Snowboardschulen sind in nächster Nähe. Schlitten können ausgeliehen werden. Hunde bis 40 cm Schulterhöhe werden aufgenommen! Wir freuen uns auf Sie!
