A-Pod Description

Experience a unique glamping getaway at Lakehouse RV Resort & Event Center in beautiful Southern Illinois. Our cozy A-Pods offer a simple, comfortable way to enjoy the outdoors while still having a private, climate-controlled space to relax and sleep.

IMPORTANT: A-Pods do NOT have a private bathroom, shower, sink, or running water inside the unit. Guests use the resort's nearby shared shower house, which provides private bathroom and shower facilities. We recommend bringing your own bath towels and personal toiletries.

The A-Pod features a one-room, open-floor-plan design with sleeping and living space together. Step outside onto your patio and enjoy the peaceful resort setting just off the lake.

Our five A-Pods are arranged around a large shared community fire pit, creating a fun campground atmosphere while each guest still has their own private cabin. This A-Pod is located toward the far end of the A-Pod area and is conveniently located near the shower house.

Guests have access to the lake and designated resort grounds and amenities during their stay. Spend your evening around the fire, enjoy views of the property, or simply relax under the Southern Illinois night sky.

Please remember: This is a glamping-style cabin, not a full-service cabin. There is no plumbing or bathroom inside the A-Pod. All restroom and shower needs require use of the nearby shared shower house.

It's a great choice for guests looking for an affordable, comfortable camping experience without having to sleep in a tent.
