Welcome to Your Peaceful Kentucky Lake Getaway

Welcome to your peaceful getaway on beautiful Kentucky Lake. Nestled in quiet Shawnee Bay, a peaceful cove just off the main channel, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home is the perfect retreat for families, fishing groups, and anyone looking to relax by the water.

Spend your mornings enjoying coffee with beautiful lake views, afternoons fishing or boating, and evenings unwinding with family after a day on the lake. With plenty of space to spread out, the home comfortably accommodates large families and groups while still offering the cozy atmosphere of a true lake retreat.

Our private dock provides convenient access to the water during the boating season, with easy access toward the main channel. Because the home is located in a cove, seasonal lake levels are an important consideration when planning your stay.

Seasonal Lake Level Information

After July 4th, Kentucky Lake begins its seasonal drawdown toward the winter pool. As the lake level gradually decreases throughout the summer, the water in our cove becomes increasingly shallow.

By mid-August, the water level in our cove is typically around 2 feet deep, and the cove may no longer support boat access to the private dock. Water levels can vary depending on rainfall and lake conditions, so boat access to the dock is not guaranteed later in the season.

If boating or launching/accessing a larger boat from the property is an important part of your trip, we recommend planning your stay earlier in the summer or contacting us before booking to discuss current lake conditions.

Even when the water becomes too shallow for boats, the property remains a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the lake, take in the views, fish from the shoreline/dock area when conditions permit, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Located near Murray and Benton, you’ll have convenient access to marinas, restaurants, shopping, and some of the best fishing and boating that Kentucky Lake has to offer.

Whether you’re planning a fishing trip, family vacation, holiday gathering, or peaceful weekend escape, this home was designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories on the lake.

Great Lake house for our kids and grandkids. Met all of our expectations! It was super clean and had every amenity we needed! Loved the new deck overlooking the lake and the big screen TV was great in the evenings. Our family loved eating in big dining area beside the kitchen and played a lot of games in the second dining area! Highly recommend to any large family or group of families! You will love it! Oh, we had a great time fishing off the private deck!

The house is great, with plenty of room for lots of people, plenty of comfortable couches and chairs, the beds were all clean and comfortable, the laundry room was a plus so we could dry our towels after a day on the lake. The house deck was brand new and sturdy, the dock was perfect for safely storing my seadoo and our rented pontoon, and the house offered a great view out to the dock and the lake beyond. very gentle slope to the water which was ideal.
