The "Deluxe" room I was given was not good at all, the window faced a wall - absolutely no view, of anything. Just a wall. The overall look was tired and depressing. Fortunately the staff at the reception - especially Patrick - did their absolute best to find a solution for us, I really appreciated their care and attention: they saved the day. In the end all was ok, the breakfast was also good. But I will say: the common areas and facilities are fine, but the room is absolutely not what I would expect for a four star hotel.

O hotel precisa urgente de um retrofit, principalmente nos quartos. Os ambientes são antigos, porém conservados. Localização é ótima e o café da manhã é excelente. Também poderiam colocar mais manobristas, principalmente nos finais de semana pois o carro demora demais para vir da garagem.

Móveis antigos, acento do vaso sanitário não era boa, a água do chuveiro tinha que regular a temperatura fora do box, e o frigobar muito antigo fazia bastante barulho ao ligar (por vezes, me acordava). Teve uma festa na 2o noite no salão em frente ao nosso quarto, e deu para escutar bastante. Mas, tirando isso, o hotel é bom! Café da manhã sensacional, ar condicionado funciona super bem, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas.

A recepção do hotel é muito bonita, mas os quartos deixam a desejar. São bem antigos! Acredito, e espero, que tenha sido um fato isolado, mas não havia água quente no banheiro. Numa noite com temperatura ee 14º, tivemos que tomar banho frio. Os travesseiros estavam bem ”muchibentos”. Paguei quase R$1.200,00 na diária e não vale nem metade desse valor.
