The overall facilities were great. In my room, the mini fridge was being defrosted at the time. So, the door was left open and there was a large plastic bag & towel at the bottom of it. Every time the ice pieces would fall, it would wake me. Also, the drains were very slow to drain (both sink & shower/tub).

The staff was very nice and friendly. However the hotel itself is pretty outdated; rooms & amenities are from 90s I believe. The room was clean, but the standard not the best for the price- old carpet, curtains, small tv. Weā€™ve had some issues with ac/heater turning at night on its own & shooting super hot air and waking us up, but the deers showing up at our window in the morning made up for that sleepless night. Iā€™d probably choose another hotel, as this one is for less peaky guests. The pool & jacuzzi was well maintained though and the are around the hotel is very pretty to walk around.
