We offer this charming 33 m² flat for rent in Bénodet, less than a kilometre from the beach, with swimming pool and sauna in the residence, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath).

The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 10 m² bedroom with two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180x200) and storage space
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 5 m² west-facing balcony terrace with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area within the residence:
- A shared, heated swimming pool of around 90 m², comprising an indoor and an outdoor section. The indoor area is open all year round, while the outdoor area is open according to the season. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- Sauna Hammam open all year round free of charge.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Just 17 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.

Aussi, quelques serviettes/linges de vaisselle seraient été apprécié, vue l‘attrait de la plage et le fait que nous venions d‘outre-mer par avion et train, ce qui limite l‘ampleur des bagages qu‘on peut apporter."
