There was no one in the front office, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in. The room I reserved wasn't available and the staff member wanted to give me a room with a smaller bed without discounting the price with Then we had no hot water for showers, & the television was not working.

Toilet was overflowing and needed to call maintenance. He gave us a plunger in case it happened again. We had the king suite with gas fireplace which DID NOT work. One of the bedside lamps did not work. One of the bathroom sinks drained very slow. The worst was yet to come. The heat didn't work. Woke up to freezing 63 degrees in the room, even though I had raised the heat to 75. Had to get out of there quick to warm up in the car and left. For what we paid, there should have been NO problems. In fact, we shouldn't have had to pay for such SUBSTANDARD accommodations. Certainly won't be going back.

The check in staff was kind. The property is not in good shape. The staff seem to keep it as clean as possible but the furniture is very worn. The room had an unpleasant odor. The day we were a truck delivery didn’t arrive

The rooms and facilities were very run down. The room was mostly clean though I definitely wouldn't consider it exceptionally so. The furniture was in rough shape and stained. The pool area, especially the bathroom area was very run down. The hot tub was also full of debris and hair. When we asked for 2 additional towels from the front desk they refused. And while breakfast was promised when we booked the room it was never provided, and a different excuse was used each day as to why there would be no breakfast.

We booked the room via Expedia they took the money. We showed up and they had no room available and told us money would be refunded next business day. Meanwhile we were stuck at 9pm in a tiny no gas town without a room and down 300$+. The kid at the desk offered us a muffin for our woes, then chased us to the car showing his phone which who knows what was suppose to do for us. Expedia needs to not do business. The Hampton inn next town 30m down, said this happens all the time there, so they upgraded us!

Close to Manchester Center, 30min from Stratton, spacious room. Very friendly staff. While checking in we learned that the facility will close after the ski season for major renovations. We look forward to seeing the updates.

The rooms were nice, my family got randomly upgraded to a suite which was wonderful (highly recommend the suites if you’re traveling with family). The staff was super friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub leave a bit to be desired-they aren’t well maintained and the hot tub needed a good cleaning. But overall everything was great.

The photos on the internet do not match this hotel at all. We stayed here for an out of town hockey tournament and pulled up thinking we were going to a beautiful golf resort with super cute cottages. However, we found that the rooms we were given were nothing short of a budget motel and certainly not worth the $300 we paid for. This was a very disappointing stay.
