Our 2nd time staying here this season. We love it, perfect location to town and ski. Spotless rooms, microwave and fridge a bonus when kids are traveling. Rooms were so warm we turned off heat. Breakfast included. Check in and out very quick and friendly, we will absolutely stay again.

Couldn’t even get into my room the key card didn’t work and nobody was at the front desk to help. They just leave your key in an envelope with your name on it which isn’t very secure.

Pros: -Large room -Free breakfast (which was meh) Cons: -It is not a "hotel" it is a motel -Ran out of hot water -Ran out of toilet paper and staff unavailable -Key stopped working late at night and had to call on call staff. Happened to multiple people -there are front doors and back doors on each room. The front ones are not labeled so accidental knocking and opening of those frequently

The room was rough and smelled like weed. The toilet overflowed onto the floor. The staff was prompt in trying to fix it. When the couldn’t they gave us another room. This room the floor was destroyed and lifted, the plumbing did work though. And this room didn’t smell like weed. The outside lights were so bright it kept us up, along with the noise from the workers at the local ski mountain that were up all night. Not impressed at $345 for the night.

There was no one in the front office, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in. The room I reserved wasn't available and the staff member wanted to give me a room with a smaller bed without discounting the price with Then we had no hot water for showers, & the television was not working.

Toilet was overflowing and needed to call maintenance. He gave us a plunger in case it happened again. We had the king suite with gas fireplace which DID NOT work. One of the bedside lamps did not work. One of the bathroom sinks drained very slow. The worst was yet to come. The heat didn't work. Woke up to freezing 63 degrees in the room, even though I had raised the heat to 75. Had to get out of there quick to warm up in the car and left. For what we paid, there should have been NO problems. In fact, we shouldn't have had to pay for such SUBSTANDARD accommodations. Certainly won't be going back.
