We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Bennecourt, a few minutes of Giverny, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd and last floor, not overlooked (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and an adjoining shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with smart TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Bennecourt, a few minutes from Giverny, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Tourist sites : the village of La Roche-Guyon, one of the most beautiful villages in France and its castle, cruise on the Seine from the town of Vernon at 10 km, take the old tourist train from the town of Pacy at 15 km.

Easy walk to train station

Nearly perfect. It was a great place to stay to relax and do laundry on rainy days. Everything looks as pictured… apartment is all very new. WiFi worked great. There are no instructions and Google Maps does not have the correct location. It’s right on a busy road, but thankfully you park around back. I sent the owner tips on having a few basic kitchen utensils and some small hand towels. Other than a few simple upgrades, it was perfect. You can’t beat the price for visiting Giverny and Paris.

La Galiote Petit appartement sympathique. C’était un peu dur de le trouver car l’adresse n’est pas exacte (la vraie est : 1 Route de Bonnieres). Très bonne communication avec l’agence une fois sur place. L’appartement était propre et conforme à la description. Parking gratuit à l'arrière bien utile. L’emplacement est nickel pas loin de Vernon et Giverny pour les activités et les différents commerces nécessaire au quotidien sont à proximités, on peut même y aller à pied. Les points négatifs seraient : la taille des éviers dans la salle de bain, vraiment pas pratique et le manque de certains produits (pas de liquide vaisselle, une seule pastille de lave-vaisselle, un seul sac poubelle). Sinon tout était bien !

sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht (was man dem Haus nicht ansieht), liegt aber am Rand eines Industrieviertels. Der Garten von Claude Monet ist nur ca. 5km entfernt.

Emplacements de parking gratuits dans l'arrière cour mais non attribués (nous avons reçu un avertissement d'une propriétaire car nous étions sur 'son' emplacement). Environnement peu avenant voire anxiogène. Communs dégradés et sales. Le logement est assez petit (mansarde) et grosso modo ok. Cependant hotte sans extraction vers l'extérieur, seule table à peine grande pour 2 personnes, micro-ondes sans mode emploi uniquement utilisable en mode rapide, très petits lavabos de sdb (25 cm de profondeur !), eau chaude/froide inversées sur mitigeur cuisine, peu de casseroles, finition assez grossière en général, literie assez ferme. Instructions d'entrée pas claires initialement : obligation de contacter agence pour un rdv entre 16 et 20h alors qu'au final, c'est accessible via une boîte à clés (instructions très claires une fois qu'on a eu contact avec la bonne responsable). Rapport Q/P faible."

La Galiote "A vous de juger 🙂 Faire la mise en route de l appartement.... le chauffage de la chambre qui ne suffisait pas a chauffer tout l appartement. 🙁 Séjour en janvier de 5 jours: arrivée électricité coupée (trouver disjoncteur) = pas d eau chaude = pas de douche possible. Radiateur électrique pièce principale HS et démonté (dangereux), Box WIFI pas Branchée (derrière canape !), pas de papier toilette , pas de torchon non plus. L agence s excuse et nous promet un appel du propriétaire qui ne viendra jamais. Puis, nous trouvons une personne de l agence dans le logement qui est entrée en notre absence sans notre accord... Avec 2 petites boites de chocolat pour s excuser. Le chauffage ne sera pas réparé durant tout le séjour."
