We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Bennecourt, a few minutes of Giverny, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd and last floor, not overlooked (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and an adjoining shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with smart TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Bennecourt, a few minutes from Giverny, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Tourist sites : the village of La Roche-Guyon, one of the most beautiful villages in France and its castle, cruise on the Seine from the town of Vernon at 10 km, take the old tourist train from the town of Pacy at 15 km.

sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht (was man dem Haus nicht ansieht), liegt aber am Rand eines Industrieviertels. Der Garten von Claude Monet ist nur ca. 5km entfernt.
