WONDERFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa of about 196m2 is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. On the main floor there are two other bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds) as well as a second bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room with a nice set of table and chairs for 6 people and a comfortable lounge with two sofas. From the living room we access to another glazed living room where we have a set of blue sofas. The latter has access to the pool terrace through large glazed windows.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a pretty garden, a terrace around the pool, with sun beds, an outdoor dining table and a built-in barbecue. The access to the plot through is thourgh a sliding door that gives access to the parking where you can park several vehicles. Direct access to the Baladrar cove a few meters away.
LOCATION: It is located in a quiet area of Moraira very close to supermarkets, bars, pharmacy ... only at 2500m from the village of Moraira and its beautiful sandy beaches.
