The main floor has two bedrooms (double with two beds together) each with a bathroom en suite, living room with leather sofas and fireplace, separate fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor you have a room (double with two beds together) with a bathroom en-suite and an outdoor terrace with its chairs and its terrace table. On the ground floor there is also a garage and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The garden is completely fenced and surrounds the house. The villa also has a covered terrace with its comfortable terrace furniture and a large solarium that surrounds the pool. It has uncovered parking for several vehicles.
LOCATION: It is located 400 meters away, that is, a few minutes’ walk from a spectacular cove with crystal clear waters (Cala Baladrar) where you can dive with tranquillity and only about 2 km from Moraira with its lively centre and its fine sand beach.
