Villa Hija de la Luna-6 is centrally located in the popular San Jaime urbanization on Benissa Coast, a 5-minute walk from Ifach Golf Course, which also offers 3 tennis courts, bars and restaurants. The villa is a ten minute drive from the shops, bars, restaurants and the coves of Baladrar and Advocat situated on the Benissa coast. The popular holiday town of Moraira is only a 4 km drive away.

We enter the plot through steps leading down to a large terrace with a private pool, sun loungers and outdoor furniture, barbecue area and a covered terrace with chill-out sofas overlooking the pool. The villa is on three levels connected by internal or external stairs. Entrance to the living room on the pool level, with a cozy living room with TV-SAT and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and A/C. On this level there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a private shower and A/C, there is also a shower and a guest toilet, going up some spiral stairs you access a double bedroom with A/C and a balcony with extraordinary views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach of Calpe.

From the pool level, through another spiral staircase, you go down to a small apartment with a double bedroom and another with a bunk bed, the two share a shower and there is also the washing machine. The two bedrooms will be closed and empty for reservations in Hija de la Luna-6, there is only access to the shower and washing machine. Pretty Mediterranean gardens surround the villa.

Check in was easy and Turisol office a short car ride from property. House has lovely views. Pool perfect. Kitchen fully equipped and modern. Two bathrooms in the main house were clean and functioning. The third bathroom outside and down the very narrow spiral staircase. It services the two locked bedrooms on lower ground floor and is not easily accessible to the main house. Mobility sufferers would struggle to access this area and the third bedroom on the first floor as this is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. Cleanliness was an issue, duvets were heavily stained and had to be exchanged on day of arrival along with fresh duvet covers. Bedroom and lounge surfaces had not been cleaned, very dirty, not acceptable on day of arrival. Outside loungers had no cushions, they were locked away in a room off the lounge with no access. No outdoor seating cushions, again locked away. No umbrellas for shade ( plenty of empty umbrella stands) it is a very sunny garden with no natural shade. Garden is very unkempt, full of weeds. Lots of old discarded items around the property, old sun loungers and other items that need throwing away. Not enough indoor lounge seating if house occupancy full, the photographs show the outdoor chairs have been moved inside to the lounge to give the impression of more lounge seating. Only 2 air con units, kitchen/main bedroom (very loud).
