Most convenient location with everything at your fingertips. Stumble out the front door into the old town quarters and enjoy. The only issue was on the first day was lots of cockroachs in reception, but I don't think it was anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel think something happened outside and they wandered in. It was dealt with pretty quickly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained.
