Villa with private pool near the beach
Our villa is an independent house with 700m2 of land, with pool of 13x4,5, a large terrace of 75m2, and a sunny area to enjoy the sun. It is a nice house, very quiet, the morning an owl hula gently accompanied by twittering birds to wake you up and have breakfast on the terrace. We have reformed the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen to improve comfort. It is not too hot in summer, is 5min walk from the beach, and next to the restaurant "the barracks" which is authentic paellas over a wood fire (individual takeout for 7 €) ..
All services are available, towels, sheet, kitchen equipped with everything to cook (cutlery, glasses, oil, vinegar, etc.) and for breakfast (coffee, sugar, etc.) at least for the first days according to the duration of your stay.
A supermarket (Consum) is a 5-minute walk to the beach for shopping with or without a car.
If you are looking for tranquility, avoid the dates of the music festivals: the FIB in July (18 to 21 July 2019) and Rototom from 16 to 22 August 2019. The festival area is very close as the crow flies and the music until very late hours of the night is a disadvantage for non-revelers who like the silence of the night.

La limpieza, el estado del jardín, falta de cosas que se ven en las fotos y sobretodo no tener una nevera en condiciones han desmejorado mucho la estancia. Lo único que si que merecía la pena és la piscina.

Villa situada muy cerca de la playa , sin ruidos , la comunicacion con la agencia que la lleva excepcional. Muy buena comunicación por WhatsApp., la barbacoa y la piscina estupendas .Habia que arreglar una mosquitera y reponer algun utinsilio como una tijera para cocina y alguna copa de vino, pero resultado de la experiencia, EXCEPCIONAL. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für uns besonders gut war mit unseren 2 Hunden. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind sehr schön, im Haus selbst ist es ordentlich, aber hier und da schon etwas älter und manches abgenutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, man hat eine persönliche Ansprechpartnerin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und immer hilft.

ruime villa met fijne tuin en locatie maar wel wat verbeterpuntjes
De ruimtes zijn fijn en de locatie is uitstekend. Wel waren er wat dingen die tegenvielen. We kwamen aan op de dag van de grote stroomuitval en konden de villa niet binnen omdat er geen bruikbare sleutel aanwezig was. Uiteindelijk door de host verwezen naar een leegstaande woning een dorp verder met lakens die we op kantoor op hadden gehaald. Zelf bedden van een stapelbed opgemaakt en op verzoek van host rest van de woning niet gebruikt. De eerste nacht zou gecompenseerd worden omdat we los van de stroomuitval die natuurlijk overmacht was, veel nadeel hadden van het feit dat we de villa niet in konden en absoluut geen vergelijkbaar alternatief geboden kregen. Achteraf bleek de eigenaar niets te willen compenseren omdat de host hier geen toezeggingen over had mogen doen en er wel een vergelijkbaar alternatief geboden was???? Een onopgemaakt stapelbed zonder gebruik van overige ruimtes? Nog los van de overlast om naar een ander dorp te moeten gaan en volgende dag alles weer terug te verhuizen. Andere minpuntjes waren het zwembad wat nog niet in werking was (dit was ons vooraf bekend omdat ik hiernaar gevraagd had en er werd wat korting gegeven hiervoor bij het boeken), wifi die eerste dagen niet gebruikt kon worden omdat wachtwoord aangepast was door eigenaar en host hiervan niet op de hoogte was, hangmat die ontbrak ondanks we hadden gevraagd of alles op de foto's gebruikt kon worden afgezien van het zwembad. En zo nog wat kleine puntjes...

Une agréable villa à BENICASSIM
