Ritz Carlton Bangalore was the best rits experience I ever had. The staff and the management charmed me with their gracious hospitality and made the stay very memorable one. The standards set by the hotel is a tough one to beat.From the delicious breakfast buffet, to evening tea at the lounge or to delicious drinks served at the rooftop bar Ritz Carlton Bangalore creates an experience that is memorable. My go to hotel in Bengaluru. Love everything about this hotel. Jocelyn, guest experience manager was excellent in providing the required to support. The music all over the hotel, the lobby, lifts and in the the restaurants - especially in The Market - is too loud - it is difficult to have a conversation while sitting at the table

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon.
