When trying to call in room dining the phone in the room was not working. Had to call to send someone to repair it from my mobile after finding hotel number from google.
Next day left early with DND light on. On my return in the evening I noticed my room cleaned. Don’t think the staff noticed the light. I left the DND on to avoid anyone coming in as my things were all open.
After a long day while trying to take a nap there was heavy drilling noise for which I called reception 3 times and all 3 times I was told it has stopped but did not.
Later I got a knock on the door again inspite the DND sign on and there stood a staff from reception with a man from maintenance who said that work stopped at 5.30 and where is the noise. It was about 6.30 and I told him it has been going on and off since and hour and you say the work has stopped.
Anyway could not take their nonsense so checked out of the hotel and went to another Hotel.
