The Old Mill District is less than 10 minutes away, home to REI, shops, and riverside dining. Downtown Bend's brewery scene, including Deschutes Brewery and 10 Barrel Brewing, is a quick 10-minute drive. Deschutes River Trail access is within 5 minutes for hiking, biking, and paddleboarding. Pilot Butte trailhead is 8 minutes for sunrise hikes up the extinct volcano. The High Desert Museum is 15 minutes south, showcasing local wildlife and history exhibits. Cascade Lakes Highway and the road to Mt. Bachelor are easily accessible for winter skiing and summer lake days.
Located in southeast Bend off Highway 97. Drive time to Mt. Bachelor ski resort is approximately 35 minutes via Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. Downtown Bend is 10 minutes north. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is 25 minutes away. Smith Rock State Park is a 35-minute drive north for world-class rock climbing. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and Lava River Cave are 20 minutes south on Highway 97.
