You will find this 3800 square foot vacation home a fabulous place for family reunions, weekend get-aways with friends, corporate planning away from the office, retreats, golf tournaments, conferences and multi-family vacations. The house features log accents inside and outside; beautiful stone and tile fireplaces; truly exceptional interior design and furnishings; an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with large island/eating bar; all stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two ovens plus a microwave oven, two refrigerators, a 5-burner gas cooktop; a custom ten foot by four foot Dining Room table; an extra large, private hot tub; 65 inch big-screen television in the Great Room with full surround sound; a TV in every bedroom; over 160 movies; music CDs; exceptional choice of board games and puzzles; free high-speed, wireless Internet access; Xbox S video game console with games; 9 bikes and helmets; as well as an air hockey table, foosball, and ping pong. The home is stocked with ample plush linens, including extra towels for hot tub use.

Our rustic lodge home was designed with you in mind and includes all the luxuries you want to have. EVERY BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM; each with tile floors and countertops. The exceptional rear deck even has portions that are covered for year-round use. The deck also has an extra-large Weber stainless steel barbecue and top-grade deck furnishings.

NEW - We now offer FREE Level 2 EV charging using a ChargePoint charger at the house! It uses a J1772 connector. A J1772-to-NACS adapter is required for Teslas.

My group had a wonderful time in Sunriver. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well organized. We loved the extra amenities like the large hot tub and bikes to ride into town. Our host Gordon was super friendly and communicative when we had questions. Overall a wonderful stay & we'd highly recommend for groups.

This house is dialed in! So many great amenities and well stocked. We had five families with kids celebrating a 50th birthday and everyone was well set up and very happy the whole time. Kids loved the game room and bunk room, adults loved the gathering spaces, hot tubs, and private bathrooms. Only 27 minute drive to skiing helped us maximize our ski day. Thanks to Gordon for being incredibly accommodating. (Our only note to anyone staying would be to bring along shampoo/conditioner).

The house is perfect for a large group of all ages. It’s extremely well stocked and the kitchen well equipped to handle meal prep for a crowd. It’s nice to have the basics stocked as we didn’t need to pack plastic wrap, salt, pepper, or dish soap. We especially appreciated the labeling and number count for dishes, towels, and pillows - very helpful!

The home has lots of amenities and the house is organized and logical ( to find all that it has to offer). It is a great location for skiing, hiking, or sightseeing. I had easy communication with the owner. We are already planning our next stay there. It is great for large groups.

We (family of littles, toddlers, and preteens with their parents, grands, and great grandparents) had a wonderful time. The house is comfortable, everything is well labeled. Plastic plate wear and cups for the littles were especially useful. The circle road is wonderful for bicycling around and around and around ... The Pacman and ping pong table were well used. Excellent location. House with plenty of room. Probably the most well supplied stocked house for dishes, and kitchen appliances we have ever seen. The only persistent complaint was terrible Wi-Fi connection. Not sure if that is a Sunriver problem or a problem with this house.

Birthday Party to the Max

This property has everything you could possibly need or want during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are all well stocked. We had a big group (14 of us) that came down for my 40th birthday. We all had our own room and own bathrooms. Everyone was so impressed with the property. Gordon had emailed me the day or two prior warning that the wifi was down. No big deal. By the time we got there it was just fine. If we do a big group trip again, we'll be staying here.

Perfect House!

We had 13 adults and 7 kids ranging from 4 months to 6 years old. This house was absolutely perfect. Every room had its own bathroom, the house was stocked and labeled with everything you need. This place had spices and a few food items that made it easier to cook. Each room had a list of what needed to stay in it. I just thought it was great.

We had a beautiful stay, the rooms were perfect and all the amenities this home had to offer were great. We loved all the things that are available from the owner, bikes , helmets, swim passes, and the garage setup for ping pong and foosball and air hockey, everything they list online was there, plus more. Great house, Bad housekeeping

Full garbage left under the kitchen sink; a very full load of towels and sheets cleaned on only a 15 minute wash cycle (ew, gross - and against health code) and left for me to fold; also had to buy windex to clean the yucky interior windows. There is a new stroller that I purchased for the house and left for future guests. To top it off, upon departure, I forgot $90 worth of gift cards, new toys and other items (for a Bunco party) in a bedroom drawer that I asked to be returned, but housekeeping had stolen them. They sent me a picture of all of the items in the drawer, but missing were the most valuable items. Although I informed the owner of all of this, he thanked me, but he never apologized or offered any form of compensation or restitution. I will definitely not return to this property.

Amazing stay in Sunriver!

First time staying in Sunriver. We had 4 families with kids ranging from 4-12. The kids loved the bunk room and all the games in the garage. We all loved the SHARC and the passes the house provided was great! TIP: Always check SHARC’s website what their capacity is at. When it is full, the best time to go is at 430ish when people are leaving and the line to go in is faster and the heat isn’t as bad. I loved that everyone had their own bathrooms and there was so much space. Pantry and kitchen was well stocked. We usually bring extra garbage bags, paper towels, etc but this place provided a lot. We loved making waffles in their waffle maker. Pans were old, so if you’re picky about that I would bring one of your own. Everything was labeled and instructions for everything were clear and easily found. The bikes in the garage were helpful when some of us forgot bikes and we wanted to explore all the bike paths. We saw deer everywhere, including one having an afternoon snack in the front yard. Sunriver has so much to offer! We stayed five nights and it wasn’t enough, already planning for the next time.

Another great family reunion at the Lazy G Lodge

The Lazy G Lodge is a fantastic property, perfect for our larger family reunions. Each of the 7 bedrooms has its own bathroom - a really hard to find feature. The master bedroom/bathroom is luxurious. The kitchen has a very large island, two dishwashers, and is fully stocked. The large table on the beautiful back deck is very peaceful. The hot tub was great and was used frequently. The great room just absorbs those wanting to share time together or watch a movie on the big screen. The garage is great for the kids, sporting a ping-pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, and even a vintage Ms. Pac-man video arcade game. There are quite a number of bikes available and they were in good condition. The extra refrigerator in the garage is great for drinks and/or other items. The multiple SHARC passes were much appreciated. Communication was excellent. We had no issues arise. The price was very fair, IMO.

We had a marvelous stay, with up to 20 people, we needed the 7 BR/8 baths. We appreciated the exceptionally well-labeled house and the attention to our every need (lots and lots of plates and silverware, plastic tableware for the children, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, lots of supplies for dishwasher, w/d, etc. and a cardtable for our puzzles! On a quiet culdesac was an added bonus.

Wonderful 50th Anniversary & family gathering!

This property was perfect for our family of 17 - including our 3 grown children and spouses and their 9 children ages 9 to18. The house is beautiful and very nicely furnished and maintained. Everything you could possibly need (and more) is included. There is plenty of room to all gather for meals and activities. The location is ideal with so many activities nearby to keep everyone active and happy. The host, Gordon, was very accessible and always responded within a very short time - so appreciated! Everyone had such a wonderful time and lots of fabulous memories were made! We will definitely consider renting this property again!
