The beds were comfortable. Hot water in the shower. The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful with local dining options. The only issue we had was the tv didn’t work. We didn’t contact the front desk because it wasn’t that big a deal.

We had some pretty rough people above us and outside after 1am, Not the hotels fault, just the area. The price is good and Laura's next door, a great restaurant for breakfast.

Simplistic!

Great stay for a great price. Friendly staff. No frills. This is not a $300 a night hotel that you find at a great rate. It’s a great place to lay your head and stay overnight. Will recommend and stay here again.

Lot of homeless people around the property. Hard to regulate the temperature in the room, parking lot was very crowded and hard to park and hard to exit the parking lot.

I just stayed in a different, "fancier" hotelthe night before this stay, and even though this place is half the price it is really quite perfect. Everything functions really well. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to request between two empty rooms, and the concierge was delightful and charming. There are many outlets conveniently placed so I am able to plug-in and charge all my things. There is a nice big nook with a rack to put my luggage. the curtains typical of this type of hotel. And the condition of the property is excellent. My expectations are usually low for motels, but this one surprised me... it looks like they paid attention to the details when they upgraded and installed the finishes.. and the nice finishing touch is that they made little rosette's and fans with the toilet paper and towels period I love that attention to detail! It's those little things that sets a motel apart. I mean, everything just worked and the place felt like a lot of attention was paid to the details. Anytime I am in Bend, I would definitely stay here!
