Stayed one night upper floor. Room was clean, check in was easy and lady was very kind and nice. Remote to TV turned on and off ut could nto change channels. Let them know at check out. You could hear a homeless man having a convo with himself when in the bathroom. Wasn't concerend but know they are around the area.

Best place to stay in Bend

Everything was excellent. Front desk was friendly and extremely helpful at directing me around town since I'm unfamiliar with the area. Maid service was great. Always fresh towels and a clean room upon my return.

Seems very clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful person at the check-in office. Great value. I would definitely stay here again. Just a bit of sound of traffic on the busy road—I’m sure it will die down soon.

great bang for the buck

front desk folks were very nice, better than average rooms , great quality for the money. there is a restaurant on property ( but not associated with hotel )
