This 3 Bedroom 2 bath is situated outside of Sunriver in DRRH, making it the perfect location to hook up the snowmobiles and head up to beautiful Mt. Bachelor. With the huge driveway and plenty of space to park a couple of trailers of your off road toys, you can go into Sunriver as needed without the hassle of pulling a trailer.

This cute home is perfect for a couple of friends to get away for the weekend.

As a single-level home, access is made easy. Walk into an open floor plan, with a living room, dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy a nice movie on the flat-screen TV, while sitting in front of a cozy fire. Spread hors d’oeuvres along the kitchen counter, while watching a game. Head out to the hot tub or sit along the back deck while having a good old-fashioned BBQ.

Bedroom #1 is a King master bedroom with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Both these bedrooms are adjacent to the second bath with a tub/shower combo.

This home is dog friendly and will gladly welcome 2 dogs. Sorry no cats. (Pet Fee does apply)

This home has air conditioning to help combat the summer heat.

The inside of the home was nice. Roomy. Fairly well stocked. But it wasn't as clean as it could have been, e.g. futniture hadn't been moved and cleaned underneath.Just a word of caution: If you've had joint replacements, are tall, or older the toilets are very low and difficult to get up snd down from.The patio, deck and outside grounds could use some cleanup also. Deck needs to be sanded and repainted. Furniture outside hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay here. It was in a perfect location for us and had extra amenities other places we’ve stayed didn’t have. I highly recommend this rental property!
