Light and bright, this beautiful single level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for a single family or two couples. Great year round with air conditioning in the warm months and a cozy fireplace in the colder months. 15 Rocky Mountain is tastefully decorated with a modern flare and all the comforts of home. Located in the quiet North-end of Sunriver near recreation, a grocery store, and convenient access to Hwy 97. A true Sunriver experience! Additional features of the home include:
• Comfortable sunken living room with new custom gas fireplace, new carpet, clearstory windows, glass sliders to both decks, 65” Smart TV, and DVD player via PlayStation 4.
• Spacious primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in tiled shower, new carpet, and private access to the hot tub deck.
• Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart TV.
• Third bedroom has a large bunk bed with a King size bed on the bottom and (2) Twin XL beds on the top.

Peaceful, light & airy accommodation

A well appointed, well stocked home. We needed nothing except our own food. The master bed was wonderful, the AC was quiet and furnishings in all the rooms were very tasteful and stylish. We enjoyed the gas GRILL for steaks. I highly recommend this home to any couple or family wanting a place just off of hwy 97 and with easy 3-8 minutes drive to anything Sunriver resort area offers.
