In need of renovation

The property had a number of issues that need resolving. There is no wifi which is an essential for a family home. The property is up steep stairs with no hand rail - this would not be suitable for anyone who isn't 100% sure on their feet. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have no dark curtains so are too bright to sleep in, 1 of the bedrooms has no aircon. There was a water outage whilst we were there which was pre planned but we weren't informed of. There was a drainage issue in the kitchen which plumbers were only sent to attend on our last day. This meant the dishwasher and washing machine didn't work. The floor tiles in the apartment are all lifting which meant our son was not able to crawl around there. There are 3 sun terraces but only the ground floor one has some furniture (the two higher ones have the sun all day but no furniture to sit out there). The power kept tripping when using the microwave or the over. A separate charge is made for the towels and bedding - these were worn and old and a bit grotty. The house says renovated in 2021 - this doesn't seem to be the case. All minor issues on their own but in aggregate meant we were in constant contact with the housekeeper to try and resolve.
