This 1-bedroom apartment located on the eighth floor, has sea and garden views, a large dining room with 4 seats, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for your vacation.

It's an impressive property in a complex equipped with a gym, swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi, etc. (subject to gym hours and availability).

Full access to all common areas such as 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, hammocks, bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.

There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor of the complex.

Access to the complex by car is allowed through the doors, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23º)

The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of swimming pools.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, this is a shark conservation and protectionist center opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.

There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the very entrance of the complex.
