Enjoying Chautauqua Lake!

Very pleasant well maintained home with all the amenities of home. Tastefully decorated. Huge back yard that you can relax in and watch all the activity on the lake. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to all the highlights of Bemus Point.

Amazing Location, Great House

You can see Lake Chautauqua from the backyard of this great house. We walked to restaurants each night; we didn't have to deal with any traffic due to the prime location.

Wonderful Property and Very Kind Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! This was hands down the best equipped Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything. The place was cozy and comfortable. The location was amazing. The beds were great. Clean and convienient

House was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable, and local to the main downtown areas for walking. Due to age of the house, the bath and bedroom arrangement was a little different - had to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. Backyard with firepit was super nice for hanging out.
