Terrible breakfast!

On arrival, the property appeared clean, if dated. Front desk clerk (FDC) was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. A floor lamp did not have a bulb in it and a desk lamp did not work. FDC sent a very pleasant and friendly young man with a new bulb. The floor lamp worked for awhile but started flickering. The young man found the desk lamp unplugged. He plugged it back in. It worked, for awhile. It then started flickering. We now know why the bulb was removed from one and the other was unplugged. This left us with only one source of light. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The next morning we went to have breakfast at the hotel. The time was 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to end at 9:00. When we saw the breakfast area, we almost walked out right then. The place was filthy! There were crumbs all over the counters and the floor. There was absolutely no food to be seen! There no food in the warmers, there was no cereal. There was no bread or pastries! When I say there was nothing, i mean it! Again, breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:00 and this was 8:30! My wife says even if there had been food, she would not have eaten because of the lack of cleanliness.

The front desk staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The room we stayed in was very dirty, mold growing on thd walls and the odor was disgusting. The outside of the property was also run down and unmaintained. As i walked down the hallway, the rooms were filled with multiple minority families living in the rooms.

I will never return to a Super 8. It was filthy. The air conditioner was so loud and did not cool the room. There were permanent stains on the carpet. The dining room for breakfast was unfit to eat in.

Non a good place.

We reserved a handicap accessible room but there was none available when we arrived. They were unconcerned and wanted us to accept a room the wheelchair would not even go into. A rundown, poorly ron place. Go elsewhere.

Hotel main corridors had dirty, stained carpet, damaged paint job. Shower curtain was dirty and bed sheets were stained. Overall, hotel needs updating and cleaning. New carbon monoxide detector flashes a light in the bedroom every 30 seconds which was annoying when trying to sleep.
