Park in the driveway. Limit two cars. Garage stall MAY be available but not guaranteed. Ask us about this. Bring your snowmobile and hop on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.
A short 10 minute car ride brings you to quaint downtown Bemidji where you can find the famous Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues as well as great local places for food, drinks, and coffee. A 10 minute drive north up the west side of the lake brings you to serene Lake Bemidji State Park where there's a boat launch, beach, and hiking trails.

While there is not a sandy beach area per se, the lake is very shallow (3-4 feet deep) for a very large area around the dock, making it great for swimming and water activities.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood right by the Mississippi River. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Bemidji. Far enough out to feel like you’re out of town and away from it all but close enough to have your favorite pizza delivered!
Only 10 minute drive to downtown Bemidji! Uber is available. Dock up your boat for free and cruise across the lake to a local restaurant!

We had a great stay at Breezy Hills. The condo was clean, quiet, bright and roomy with great views of the lake and sunsets. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The location is great - on the lake and right on the Paul Bunyan Bike Trail. The attached deck and the deck on the lake were great for after-biking relaxation. We are sure we will be back!

Family vacation

We rented 3 of the 4 condos for a multi-family vacation. Was nice to have all the family in one place, each with their own condo. If you are looking for a place to get a large group together this is a great place to rent all 4 condos and have a large family get together. They have a huge deck that overlooks the lake with a great view as well as deck/patio for each unit. The owners were very responsive to our requests.

Beautiful location and great accommodations

Happy I found and booked this property for my family’s short stay in Bemidji. We enjoyed it inside and out, with a great view of the lake and easy access to the Mississippi River Trail. Not far from shopping and amenities in Bemidji and both Lake Bemidji and Itasca state parks. The unit itself was nicely decorated and supplied.

In MN for family reunion; we rented three units at this property. While the location and exterior seating and setting are excellent, the interiors are all units really need attention to detail. Not well cleaned with food under couches and in corners, hairball of long dark hair in corner. Cheap furniture and interior accessories detract from the potential of the property.

This is the third time we have stayed at Breezy Hills and will continue to stay here when we visit Bemidji. We came for the Eucharistic Congress at Sanford Center; the location of Breezy Hills made it easily accessible as well as we were able to watch the Pentecost Fireworks across the lake. We had to communicate with the owner during our visit and received responses promptly. Our only suggestions, from the four of us, is the carpet on the hall stairs was quite soiled and the lighting poor (for us elderly!)

We stayed a week and truly enjoyed it all. The sunsets on the water from our unit/deck were spectacular! We thought the unit could have been cleaner when we arrived. Dirty floors and rings in toilets…. I asked some questions via the app and also texting the owners before we arrived and also while we were there but they never answered us. Communication could have been a lot better. We would stay here again now that we know how things are. Thanks!

Perfect for a long weekend

This was a perfect fit for our group of 4. Plenty of space to spread out and a full kitchen for us to use. Our condo was clean and comfortable. We will be back! Great location and pretty drive around Bemidji State Park.
