Você pode escrever de forma objetiva e educada: TERRÍVEL. A recepção que tive no check-in foi muito ruim. Cheguei por volta das 12h e o funcionário da recepção criou uma série de inconvenientes para realizar meu atendimento. A impressão foi de que o hóspede não é bem-vindo antes do horário oficial de check-in. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel são boas, os quartos são bons e o café da manhã é excelente. Infelizmente, a experiência negativa no atendimento da recepção comprometeu a avaliação geral da hospedagem.

Fiquei 2 dias no hotel e no dia que cheguei (muito cansada ) o quarto ainda não estava disponível porque cheguei mais cedo no hotel para o check in então fiquei esperando na recepção e os funcionários que ali estavam me trataram muito bem e com muito respeito e assim que foi liberado um quarto ( antes do horário do check in eles me comunicaram que eu já podia subir para descansar . Foram muito solicitos . A única ressalva que eu faço é sobre a internet que não funcionou no meu quarto . O restante foi ótimo ! Ah e o café da manhã é muito bom também !! Obrigado a todos !! 🙏

Logo que chegamos ao quarto, havia um barulho absurdo de obra sendo realizada em outro cômodo, além do cheiro muito forte de tinta. Fomos à recepção reclamar do barulho e pedir que nos trocassem de quarto (estávamos no 608) e em retorno, nos falaram que era um serviço pontual e que já seria finalizado. Saímos e no outro dia às 7h da manhã acordamos com a mesma obra, mas não foi feita nenhum esforço para parar/mudança de quarto ou prorrogação da nossa diária, justamente pq ficaríamos hospedadas apenas por um dia (para o hotel não compensava nos reacomodar). Sequer conseguimos falar diretamente com a gerente (mesmo o staff informando do nosso contato). O hotel foi totalmente inflexível e tivemos q ficar naquele barulho insuportável, sem conseguir descansar até a hora da nossa saída a qual antecipamos pq n aguentamos mais. Dessa vez, me hospedei apenas por um dia, mas em uma próxima viagem maior, certamente n ficarei nesse hotel. Além disso, os rejuntes do banheiro estavam repletos de modo. A experiência foi horrível, ressalvado o tratamento do funcionário messias e da equipe do café da manhã/cozinha que são pessoas incríveis.
