Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

No geral, foi bem satisfatório, atendeu as necessidades. Os travesseiros podem ser mais confortáveis, são muito finos. E é nescessário um cuidado mais detalhado na limpeza. Percebe-se que as instalações são limpas, mas os metais do banheiro estão incrustados, o que dá uma aparência de descuido.

Gostei bastante do quarto que me colocaram havia bastante espaço bem arrumado, limpo e confortável. O chuveiro demorei um pouco para conseguir aquecer, mas acredito que é só questão de jeito mesmo que ele pega tranquilo. Quantos a comodidades gostei muito da piscina a pesar de ser relativamente pouco a altura me atendeu bem pelos dias que passei. A área contem cadeiras com guarda-sol e também cadeiras de piscina. A sauna eu nunca sei ligar e já é minha segunda vez no Hotel, acho que é bem complicado e tender como funciona e não possui ninguém para olhar isso, quem ligou para mim uma vez foi outro hospede. A vista da cidade é linda do rooftop e a localização é bem central dando para fazer muita coisa a pé, com shopping, lojas, parques e Igrejas muito perto da localidade.

o hotel tem custo beneficio muito bom, boa localização central, atendimento muito bom; cafe da manha com destaque na qualidade e variedade, serviço de quarto tambem. destaco o elevador (apenas 1 em uso e outro em manutenção) o que restringe um pouco o acesso e ausência de rampa para entrada o que limita a mobilidade, embora os funcionários ajudem os hospedes nas malas.
