Very secure and discrete location with outdoor pool, grill, playground for kids. An easy to use garage. The apartment have a huge kitchen, a big suite and living room, and 2 more bedrooms. There is internet and cable television, a large dinning table a very comfy sofa. Near nature, close to gym, grocery stores, hospital, churches, and more. The main street is a living exercise paradise and I am sure you would enjoy it.
