At this home you will fine a spacious wrap around porch with outdoor lighting and outdoor ceiling fan, along with a fenced in back yard that hosts outdoor kitchen, shower, and fire pit. This house boasts a large tv room and dining area as well as a state of the art kitchen with 12 foot wide doors providing access to the back yard. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two with attached full bathrooms. The top floor hosts a "kids" bedroom with two twins with two trundles for the kids to have fun. There is a full shower, and gameroom/office on the third floor as well. The whole home boasts natural light and comes with a fully functioning outdoor shower as well. Come escape to Belmar, and walk to the beach! Beach passes (6) will be provided to Belmar Beach. Towels, and shower products all will be provided as well.

Second floor has a balcony off the first guest bedroom and spiral staircase that leads to the back yard to enjoy your morning coffee on!

5 minute walk to Lake Como downtown and restaurants including Bar Anticipation, and just an 8 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach!
