We had a great experience at Grand Victorian B&B. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, beautifully decorated, and there were wonderful accommodations!! Breakfast was above and beyond delicious and sufficient. We could not have stayed at a better place. Located perfectly to walk into town for shopping and eating. We would definitely stay at this great get away again!! Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful.

Very well kept home with a. Very convincing Victorian flavor. For our age the steps in and around the house were a challenge, but we knew that steps are involved in Victorian homes. The interior was very impressive.

The house was immaculate and the rooms were AMAZING.. we had a clawfoot tub in the blossom room... the breakfast was homemade bread french toast wothwalnuts n carmel drizzel and a egg quiche with a yogurt parfee. The oj was fresh squeezed and the coffee was french pressed..WHAT A GREAT STAY...10STARS

Amazing!

Beautiful! The home was gorgeous and clean and perfectly represents the vintage charm! Food and coffee was DELICIOUS! Our room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Did not hear any other guests until breakfast where we all dined together and had a wonderful time! Town is adorable too, short walking distance to bars, resturants and live music. Wonderful weekend!

I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast prior to this time and it was just right. Although it appeared to be too far out in terms of distance, it became as a "respite" as my event progressed. The preparations for my stay were in place and I could feel the welcome. I wished that I could have taken in the beauty of the surrounding beauty. I will definitely consider this location in the future.

Nice little B&B, delicious and ample breakfasts. A lot of age to deal with, from the sticky door lock to the toilet that constantly ran unless you jiggled the handle quite a bit. The bed was terribly uncomfortable so neither of us slept well.

Lack of hot water required taking a cold shower.Dust bunnies on back of bathroom faucet. Noise level of street traffic in late hours was excessively high due to teenagers running 4- wheelers up and down street for close to two hours after midnight.

Wonderful!

I was given accommodations to check-in early due to a wedding I was attending in the area. I was astonished at the sight of the house, it is definitely an eye-catching feature in Bellaire! I was admiring all the woodwork, the decor, and the intricate details throughout the home and within my room. Very comfortable and welcoming, breakfast was very nice and came with a little history lesson about the house. It is interesting to know the thought and care behind the home! I greatly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future. I made my mom very jealous when I sent her pictures of my room.
