Whether relaxing by the river or enjoying endless outdoor adventures, 'River Bend' has you covered for whatever speed you choose.

A private screened porch comes furnished to help you make the most of the outdoors, and a firepit is available out in the yard for those summer evening s'mores sessions. The house has a private dock. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes on the six-acre property. Additional amenities shared with them include a swing set, tetherball, private horseshoe, shuffleboard, private cornhole game set per home, and volleyball/basketball courts.
The home's open-concept living area is perfectly designed for family gatherings, with plush seating and a Smart TV for comfort and entertainment. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped for home cooking. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
