The room was very nice with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it is a quiet location. Staff was friendly and helpful and let us check in early and leave a little late.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and the area was close to a grocery store, food kiosks along the street, gas station nearby to refuel one’s rental car. The hotel close to the main roads to take to get to the Mayan ruins, zoo,etc.

A beautiful spacious modern room. Cold beer, wine and snacks available in the room along with complimentary fresh baked cinnamon bread loaf. Landscaping was superb on the porch and around the pool. Not much in the area for dinner but the reception desk has menus and the local pick up service no. Wonderful service.

Nice hotel. Excellently nt staff providing outstanding service, especially the two ladies at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my disabled husband’s and my stay. Super comfortable . I recommend that the Owner/management of this hotel reward them immediately with a salary increase or a one time bonus, to incentivize them to continue their employment at the Palms. Kris Menon
