After checking in we were forgotten. We did not get clean towels until our 3rd day even though I asked the manager for some on the second day. Our room was only cleaned once, the day before we left. We had coffee supplies for only two days on the fourth day they restocked but left no coffee filters. We had an ice bucket but no ice machine. There was a ironing board but no iron. There was a closet but no hangers. The staff is not available 24 hours they go home at 5pm and were never in office before we left for our tours at 7:30 am. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken, the shower faucet was broken, and the shelf under the sink was covered by a loose board that fell out. The restaurant only took cash. There was only 1 chair for 2 people and a very wobbly table. The manager did make several calls for us confirming tours and transportation. And the office helper was very nice at check-in. When I politely asked the housekeeper for a couple of fresh towels on the 3rd day, I recived a dirty look before she grudgingly provided them. I softly commented we hadn't had clean towels for 3 days, she made me feel like I had to justify my request. Then all of sudden the next day our room was cleaned. I would not recommend this property.

The size of the room was unexpected. I think I could have held an entire Cotillion ball in there. Bed was fantastic and comfortable and I appreciated having coffee in the room. Being able to watch the storm approach across the water from my balcony was something I'll never forget . As a first-timer to Belize I had no idea that all of the amenities at the hotel, including the coffee shop, only took cash. Either USD or Belizean dollars. Of course I had neither on me and the ATM that they've directed me to was 3 miles away. Only to find out later from the airport that the casino on the ground floor of the building has an ATM. I know that the hotel and the casino are not related business Adventures, however it would have been nice to either be told ahead of time or to know that there is a ATM machine quite close. I really appreciated that they organized a shuttle bus to another restaurant and the shuttle bus home again.

Loved the clean, large room with a view of the park and the sea. Front office and security staff were so friendly and helpful! Convient location - able to walk downtown, to museums and to the water taxi station. Several sit down restaurants in the area as well as a wonderful array of local food huts in the park with absolutely delicious and authentic and diverse food choices.
Attached Ochuna restaurant and Cafe. Great food!!

Family of 6 rented 3 rooms for our first night in Belize. A little hard to find (it’s above the casino just FYI) but once we found it we were very happy with the comfort, size and cleanliness of the rooms. Complimentary coffee and water was available and the dinner downstairs was delicious. The dinner took a bit but try to remember we are suppose to be chilling on vacation.

The hotel is pretty hard to find as it not a stand alone building. It’s located on the 4th floor on an already occupied building, there’s a restaurant on the first floor (no direct relation to hotel), so even to locate it was hard. We had to ask around for help because there’s no signage. The hotel seems to have possible been an office floor space before but they did do a good job with the rooms in converting it to a hotel rooms. We were only there for one night awaiting our flight the next day and that’s what I l would recommend it for. The walls are thin to the outside corridor as I could hear a lot of movement when people took the stairs and the door behind them slammed. It made getting adequate rest a little difficult as I am a light sleeper. Other than that the front desk staff was very kind.

Extremely clean and comfortable room. Bed was amazing. Friendly staff seems genuinely interested in our vacation. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Building itself has some downsides but you do get to mingle with locals.. which was actually a positive.

Property is convenient for a overnight stay before leaving to airport or for wanting a hotel to stay at for a day trip to sight see in downtown Belize. Lots of good food/drinking bar options walking distance on the street ;conveniently located by the Caribbean Sea/ocean for a good view with great weather conditions. Hotel staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are new, updated modern the linens were very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I have to admit the first time in a long time that I’ve slept on any hotel bed and my back didn’t hurt b/c i can usually feel the springs from the cheap mattress. The room smelled fresh and I can tell that they clean it daily. The floors were tiled so no musty carpet smell. Even thought outside the hotel was busy It was quiet inside the 4th Floor during my stay. CONS My only complaints are that the TVs use a Roku fire stick and The Live tv option (the only option I use) didn’t work at all. I couldn’t get hot water in the sink basin BUT the shower water was hot though! Most importantly the air conditioner unit over the window definitely needs to be upgraded; it leaks water constantly and during the night it started making a loud noise because it had been running on all night so it woke me up and I had to turn it off to give it a break. With Belize being a tropical, humid country this USA serious issue especially during the most of the year when it’s always hot. Luckily for me I came in November.
