Airport shuttle was there upon arrival, the driver was courteous and friendly. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of construction going on around the hotel.

I was greeted at the airport by Adrian. He was excellent - well dressed, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant personality. On arrival at the hotel I was checked in by Orlando who was just as courteous and pleasant. My entire stay was absolutely enjoyable and I look forward to staying at Golden Bay again in the near future.

Unless I missed something, the hotel pictures and description failed to mention an ongoing construction project. The project included loud noises outside the window and extremely limited parking at the site. I'm addition, the shower did not have hot water. It was mild if I'm being generous. The staff was friendly and professional, but the current condition of the property doesn't align with the marketing and a statement of we’re sorry at check-in doesn't pass muster.

The blow dryer almost caught on fire. The air did not work well The water in the sink came out to strong Our shirt got wet which is why we used the blow dryer that maintaince replaced right away. Staff was friendly and professional
