Room with covered windows no forewarning by reception. Faucet with extra slow draining making it vey uncomfortable for hand washing and teeth cleaning. Construction noise early in the morning disrupted sleep. Not a good experience. However free breakfast was offered.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Clean and functionally appointed room. Nice rooftop restaurant. Several other restaurants are nearby and there is a small grocery in the lobby. This hotel is an excellent choice in transition to Ambergris or Turneffe Caye. It's a 3 minute taxi to both Belize Express and Carribean Sprinter docks.

Clean hotel with a nice staff. Ate dinner and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Very good food and service. Spacious room with an underwhelming bathroom. Nice location along the seaside. Not much interesting in the immediate neighborhood. Felt safe. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The roof top restaurant had excellent food at reasonable prices. Great location. Walking distance to "tourist village" and water taxis. An added bonus is a large variety store attached to the hotel where you can find inexpensive souvenirs and household items.
