Don’t stay here
They first put us in a non-smoking room next to the main busy and loud road. The room that was extremely small (we paid for a premium room) and it reeked of cigarettes and air freshener. When we walked into the room with the security guard who was showing us into the room, we commented on the odor and he was very unpleasant to us about it. We tried to just accept it, but we began having headaches from the smell. We asked to be moved and were told the hotel was full. They then found a room for us next to the pool. It also reeked, but at least not from cigarettes. Glad it was only one night in this hotel just to get to the airport. When we woke the next morning, one of us had bites around their elbows. We searched but couldn’t find any trace of bed bugs in either bed. But the bites are suspiciously like bed bugs. We have took measures to treat our belongings like it was bed bugs. The front desk was always unpleasant and unprofessional. As in the other reviews, they seemed in chaos and were rude to most people. The restaurant and restaurant staff however were very nice.

This was a one night stay before a cruise. The hotel location was in an industrial area and not suitable to walk around the area. The interior courtyard with pool and restaurant was very nice. The rooms were adequate but not great. The pool was enjoyable. The restaurant food was good but not great

Beautiful property and very clean and safe. Only downfall was they charge per person and if child is 12 they’re an adult and this is not shared if booking through a third party-we we’re charged by hotel an additional $70 because of this…other than this, hotel was great!

I booked ahead time with the hotel to pick us up at the water taxi terminal. They were over an hour late even though I told them the time and the hotel was only 15 minutes away. We kept calling and the front desk kept telling us the taxi was on the way. After numerous calls and over an hour later we got our own taxi. Once we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk lied and said the taxi from the hotel saw us get in to the other taxi and they were waiting for us. I responded no I looked around before we go into the other taxi and there were no other cars or people that pulled into the area. After I said that she did not say anything because she knew it was a lie. The property was fine, the room decor was very dark and felt dated but was clean. The front desk staff were not very helpful and a few people working there had an attitude when we were trying to book a taxi.
