I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely excellent—from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was perfect and I had a great night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made everything very convenient. Hotel Mona Plaza is in an excellent location in Belgrade. It is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood while also being a short walk to many of the tourism sights in the city. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy.

Firstly, the hotel reception tried to give us a different room than we have reserved. After our complaint they changed our room to original one. Secondly, after taking a shower, the bathroom fills with water. There is a leak in the shower. And there are some hairs in the bathroom when we have already entered the room.

Terrible service, checked into a dirty room, the room was not clean once in three days. Crumbs everywhere, stained carpets, WIFI not working. Frustrated guests in the elevator and lobby. Staff was rude and defensive, zero customer service. Very sad.

Ok hotel with quirky service

For some strange reason the curtains are almost transparent, so there's no way to darken the room to sleep in the morning. Also, if you take out your room card when you leave the room, the AC stops (which is usual), but if you leave the card in the reader when you leave the room the cleaning personnel cannot enter. Finally, if you run out of water from the minibar during the night they will not give you a bottle of water at reception because "they are not authorised to access their restaurant or storage after working hours"... All in all, a hit and miss service.
