The tastefully furnished apartment is located about 1.5 km above Belgirate, just 5 km from the famous resort of Stresa.

The apartment is located in the upper two floors of the small residential complex 'La Verbanella' with only 4 residential units.
The property is decorated in the typical Ticino style and, thanks to its excellent position, offers fantastic sea and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.

The 'Nido sul Lago' (nest over the lake) is accessible from the garage by a comfortable staircase of about 40 steps. Through a private entrance gate you have access to the garden, forecourt with barbecue, the main terraces and the apartment.
It feels like a unique villa in a unique location.

The apartment is surrounded by several terraces (all for sole use without access from others), the garden area with barbecue (accessible through the lockable garden gate / sole use) and small green areas, all with a wonderful view.

The apartment is large and equipped with a lot of flair for detail. Thanks to a recent and detailed renovation everything is up to date and in perfect condition.
The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and well maintained down to the last detail.
All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet floors.
The bathroom with the special double washbasin, toilet, bidet and hydro-massage shower is large and offers a lot of comfort.
Another toilet with sink is located in the stairwell.
In the basement of the apartment is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and storage facilities.

The romantic master bedroom is located in the 'tower' with a characteristic roof truss. Also from the upper, large terrace can be enjoyed an impressive lake view.
Another bedroom is located on the living floor and has a queen size bed (width 120cm), with a comfortable pull out bed (width 80cm) underneath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 3-fold freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (NESPRESSO-CAPSELN- please bring your own) blender, kettle and all necessary kitchen and cooking utensils.

A single garage with electric gate is available exclusively.

After a busy day on Lake Maggiore, retreat to this oasis and enjoy the tranquility, comfort and unique panorama.

Urlaub im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben sehr vollständig und man kann sich auch an Regentagen gut beschäftigen, die im Oktober durchaus vorkommen können. In dieser Zeit ist es auch sehr ruhig in Belgirate, daher waren wir dankbar für die Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps in der Mappe. Darüber hinaus ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar für Fragen.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der außerordentlich gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Diesbezüglich schließen wir uns alles guten Bewertungen in der Anzeige an. Es war alles (und mehr) vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Super ist auch, dass man bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit hat, umsonst die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Es gibt auch zwei Wäscheständer, um nach dem Strand alle Handtüchern zum Trocknen aufhängen zu können. Die Terassen sind mega, der Ausblick über den See unbezahlbar! Die Garage war groß genug für unseren Skoda Octavia und die Treppen zur Wohnung sind auch gut zu meistern. Yvonne war bei Fragen jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, vielen Dank auch dafür! Die Info-Mappe ist sehr hilfreich und es steht alles drin, was man im Urlaub so wissen möchte, über den Ort, die Umgebung, Bademöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Restaurant-Tipps, etc. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Außergewöhnlich ;-)

Außergewöhnlich auf allen Ebenen und das betonen wir deswegen, weil wir noch nie eine so umfangreich ausgestattete FeWo hatten. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung wirklich geschmackvoll an alles gedacht, es gab genug hochwertiges Geschirr und Kochzubehör, sowie viele weitere Utensilien, wie in den Schubladen zu Hause. Die knapp 60 Stufen haben uns nichts ausgemacht und sind mit geraden Zwischenstücken einfach langsam total gut zu gehen. Oben angekommen wird man dann sowieso mit dem grandiosen Aus-und Weitblick belohnt. Die Terrasse ist groß und es gibt an jedem Platz mal Sonne mal Schatten und ausreichend Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das man nichts zu Fuß erreichen konnte fanden wir anfangs schade aber schon schnell empfanden wir es dann als ein Geschenk, so hoch oben, in dieser Ruhe, nach einem langen Tag nur noch abschalten und genießen zu dürfen. Eine Infomappe hilft bei allen Belangen und wir haben viele Empfehlungen dankend angenommen. Toller Kontakt mit Yvonne und Max, wir sagen nochmal DANKE auf allen Ebenen ;-)

Grandiose Aussicht und top Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer top ausgestatteten Wohnung hoch über dem See. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Super schöner Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Empfang und die Betreuung von Yvonne war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten viel unternehmen und das Wetter war super. Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit diesem unglaublichen Ausblick.

Der perfekte Ort

Für meinen Mann und mich war es der perfekte Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man genießt das Vogelgezwitscher und den Duft der Blumen. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht und das Infomaterial ließ für uns keine Fragen offen. Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Kontakt waren sehr sympathisch und reibungslos. In Belgirate gibt es einen schönen kleinen Strand, an dem wir täglich im See schwimmen waren. Unsere Wanderungen konnten wir vom Haus aus beginnen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Un vrai nid sur le lac.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement-terrasse très bien équipé et avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Il faut juste savoir qu’il y a 59 marches pour y accéder. Mais l’effort est amplement récompensé par la qualité de la location. C’est un nid douillet sur le lac !

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir können nur positives berichten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Alles, was man braucht ist vor Ort (Gewürze, Essig, Öl...) und auch Yvonne war zu jeder Zeit über Whats App erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Noch ein Tipp: man muss ca. 60 Treppen vom Stellplatz aus nach oben gehen. Wir hatten unser Gepäck auf viele kleine Taschen verteilt, was auf jeden Fall von Vorteil war.

Realität und Fotos stimmen überein. Die Aussicht auf den See ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet.Alles was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Bei der Auswahl von Sitzplätzen auf Terrassen und Balkon findet man immer nach Wunsch einen schattigen oder sonnigen Platz.

Eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. In der Küche hat nicht gefehlt. Neben einer Kaffeemaschine war noch eine Espressomaschine vorhanden. Der kleine Vorgarten mit Grill und die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lago war schon sehr beeindruckend und super schön. Bequeme Liegen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war der Steinweg/Treppe von der Garage bis zur Wohnung. Für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen, ansonsten aber kein Problem und die Koffer muss man ja nur zweimal bewegen.

Well equipped apartment with an amazing view of Lago Maggiore

Lido sul Lago offers a wonderful view over the lake. This was our main reason to chose this apartment for our holiday at Lago Maggiore, and we were not disappointed. We used as much time as we could at the terraces/balconys enjoying the scenery. The apartment is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. We were quite happy to have our own garage to park the car. We were well received by the key holder, and Yvonne called us after a few days to hear if everything was ok. Good service! You need to climb some stairs to get from the parking site to the apartment. This was no problem for us, but might be a problem for elderly or disabled people. There were some barking dogs in the neighborhood - not a big problem, but annoying early in the morning. Otherwise, if you are looking for a spectacular view, we can fully recommend this apartment without reservations. Best regards Ammy & Jens, Denmark

Alles super, vielleicht kommen wir wieder

Was sollen wir noch schreiben, was noch nicht gesagt wäre.... es war alles wie beschrieben. Wir können uns den anderen Beurteilungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht (kleine Anmerkung: eine Nudelzange und Biergläser hätten uns gefehlt). Auch genügend Infomaterial ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft, wenn es auch die Treppen zur Wohnung hoch wirklich in sich haben. Vor allem, wenn es warm ist und man viel zu schleppen hat. Aber so bewegt man sich wenigstens etwas, von daher alles gut. Fazit: eine äußerst schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit hohem Entspann- und Wohlfühlfaktor. Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle an die Vermieter, die uns bei unseren kleinen Problemen sofort weiter geholfen haben.

Im Großen und Ganzen kann man sagen: wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Wir haben schon einige italienische Seen besucht, doch am Logo Maggiore hat es uns am besten gefallen, die Mixtur aus landschaftlicher Schönheit und teils mondänen Städtchen wie Stresa ist einfach toll. Hervorzuheben ist die grandiose Aussicht welche wir genießen durften, diese hat sich förmlich in unsere Netzhaut eingebrannt. Die Umgebung der Ferienwohnung ist recht ruhig, im Umfeld handelt es wohl um Wochenendwohnungen. Die Infomappe und sonstiges Informationsmaterial war sehr hilfreich, sodass wir nie die Hilfe von Alessandra oder Frau Nelissen-Ruesch in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Was uns sehr imponiert hat ist, dass Frau Nelissen-Ruesch sich nach 2 Tagen telefonisch nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt hat. Die Wohnung wurde in einem einwandfreiem Zustand vorgefunden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich eine TOP Ausstattung, welche sich in vielen kleinen Details und hochwertigen Marken wiederspiegelt. Danke!

Easy going in Carcioni!

Wir waren Anfang Mai für 2 Wochen hier. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Fotos von Wohnung und Aussicht sind authentisch. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann Stresa, Belgirate/Ortskern und Lesa u. a. bei ausgedehnten Spaziergängen mit Steigungen und Gefälle auf Fusswegen und Nebenstrassen gut erreichen. Zur Selbstverpflegung ist die Küche mit reichlich Zubehör bestens ausgestattet. Die Restaurant-, Einkaufs- und Ausflugstipps der Vermieter sind empfehlenswert. Das Bücherregal ist mit Karten und Reiseführern gut bestückt! Unser Tipp: Wer die nahezu unberührte Natur liebt wird im "Val Grande" fündig. Die Anfahrt dauert ca. 30 Minuten, konkrete Infos für Wanderrouten und Restaurants gibts in den Tourismusbüros von Verbania. Für die Wanderfreunde empfiehlt sich wegen der Beständigkeit des Wetters wohl eher der Herbst. Wir haben uns im "Nido sul Lago" (Nest) sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Sehr schöner Urlaub am Lago

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Abwicklung durch die Vermieterin war angenehm und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
