This spacious and not overlooked villa of 250 M², with view of the Gapeau valley is fully air conditioned and includes: a large living room with kitchen open to Sam / Living room, 5 bedrooms in total: 3 in the main villa, all equipped with private bathrooms (including master suite and a bedroom + mez for 4 people) and an adjoining studio with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
You can take your meals of your choice under a first covered terrace with fully equipped summer kitchen (hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), under a sunny terrace with its barbecue area, or in the garden furniture. The heated swimming pool from April 15 to October 15 (under conditions of an outside temperature above 17 degrees) is equipped with numerous sunbathing areas, a ball field, ping-pong table, board games will enhance your free time.
This ideal villa for 12 people + Baby (bed + BB chair) is located 5 minutes from the village center, 25 km from the beaches of Hyerres, and 6 minutes from the shopping center and the motorway.

Lovely Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed with our 4 children in the beautiful hills of Belgentier. The house was spacious and clean, and Madame Savignac was a lovely hostess. The location was quiet and private, and just a short drive from multiple recommended beaches. The pool was a high light for our kids and the full outdoor kitchen was great! There was plenty of outdoor space and family friendly activities/games for all to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to return!

The perfect place for the family

After 3 wonderful weeks we are on our way home. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much. It was perfect for us and our adult children. The great outdoor was beautiful with the pool, terrasses en the outdoor kitchen! During the day we liked to relax en cool down in the pool. It was very hot during our stay so we needed the extra vans in the rooms to sleep. The floor cooling was not enough. In the afternoon we liked to play petanque. We had diner at the large table outside wich was great! The pictures give a good impression of reality. It is possible to walk to the village but the road is very steep. So it’s beter to go by car. There are good restaurants in the area and it’s a 20 minute drive to Toulon. It was nice to meet Ourdia and her son in law (oeps what’s your name again..) they were easely accessible en ‘tres sympathique’. Thanks for a wonderful holiday! With kind regards Erik and Mirjam

magnifiques vacances en famille

Super séjour dans une magnifique maison idéalement agencée. Nous étions une famille de 8, avec, chacun , notre intimité grâce au studio et à la tour ( petit cocon pour nos 2 ados ). La grande terrasse/cuisine d'été , en bout de piscine, avec vue imprenable sur les collines provençales, était notre pièce de vie commune. Jardin superbe avec différents petits coins accueillants : solarium, salon de jardin pour l'apéritif , boulodrome etc... Merci à Ourdia pour son accueil , sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Fantastic house in nice surrounding.

Lots of space in and around the house with nice view on the mountains. Everything was clean and comfortabel. The kitchen outside next to the swimming pool was the best. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem paradisischen Garten. Ruhe und Erholung sind garantiert. Der Pool hatte die richtige Temperatur, die Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet und im Garten findet sich genug Platz, auch bei 6 Personen konnte jeder eine ruhige Ecke finden.

Schönes Ferienhaus - ohne Klimaanlage

Schön gelegenes, ruhiges Ferienhaus mit viel Grünfläche, einem großen Pool und einer Outdoor-Küche, die Spaß macht. Für Familien ein schönes Urlaubsziel. Allerdings gibt es nur eine Bodenkühlung anstatt einer Klimaanlage - obwohl Klimaanlage in der Beschreibung steht. Wer darauf Wert legt, wird enttäuscht. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit und können das Haus durchaus weiterempfehlen!

Une maison spacieuse bien agencée dans un cadre magnifique. Excellent séjour d'1 semaine en famille

L'espace de vie a l'intérieur est très agréable avec vue sur la piscine. Pendant les chaudes après-midi nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison climatisée par le sol ce qui est très confortable.Les chambres sont bien réparties et à l'écart des espaces de vie.Chacune avec sa salle de bain et toilettes. L'espace extérieur avec la cuisine d'été à l'ombre sous la terrasse couverte au bord de la piscine est bien conçu. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps et y avons pris tous les repas. Nous avons aimé les petits-déjeuners à la fraîcheur du matin devant le paysage verdoyant qui nous entourait. La piscine est grande et profonde et à permis aux jeunes de bien s'amuser. L'espace qui prolonge les abords de la piscine offre une vue splendide sur les collines surplombant la vallée du Gapeau. Quel bonheur de profiter de ce magnifique paysage allongé sur l'un des nombreux bains de soleil! De la maison partent des sentiers qui permettent de faire de belles balades sur les collines au milieu des champs d'oliviers. Nos soirées ont été occupées par des parties de boules et de ping-pong avec plongeons dans la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Belgentier est un pittoresque petit village avec un grand parc ombragé. Très bon pain et viennoiseries à la boulangerie et la supérette du village est bien achalandée. Les supermarchés à Sollies Pont sont à une dizaine de minutes. Bien situé dans la région nous avons fait un peu de tourisme, presqu'île de Gien, Hyeres, lac de Carces, abbaye du Thoronnet... Les cyclistes ont exploré la région au cours de plusieurs sorties qui leur ont permis de découvrir de beaux panoramas et des villages pittoresques en franchissant quelques cols à bon dénivelés. La dernière grimpée pour le retour à la maison n'est pas des moindres! L'accès à la maison nous avait surpris à l'arrivée. Une petite route ombragée avec deux lacets en épingle. Pas long mais attention à la côte. Cela paraissait infranchissable pour nos cyclistes. Mais non même après leur virée. Et régulièrement nous sommes descendus et remontés du village à pied plusieurs fois dans la journée même la jeune maman avec la poussette. Sportif cette arrivée mais on est comblé en découvrant les lieux du séjour. Enfin nous avons eu de bons contacts avec le propriétaire répondant à nos questions et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour. Location parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis au calme et dans un cadre superbe.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Einmalig großzügig die große Küche im Haus und eine Sommerküche. Wir - Urgroßeltern, Großeltern, Eltern und Kind - haben es genossen. Wünschenswert wäre eine höhere Wassertemperatur im Pool. Bei einem beheiztem Pool kann mann von mindestens 25 Grad ausgehen, leider empfanden wir das Pool-Wasser mit knapp 22 Grad zu erfrischend. Empfehlung: eine höhere Temperatur gegen Entgelt anzubieten.

Très bon accueil des personnes en charge de la villa et surtout une grande disponibilité, ainsi que d'excellents contacts aves les propriétaires.... maison superbe, pratique, bien équipée bien située et des couchers de soleils magnifiques sue les massifs... Nous louons depuis plusieurs années ce type de villa dans le Var et nous plaçons celle-ci parmi nos préférées ! Maison bien équipée aussi pour les enfants que pour les bébés. Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette villa. Nous envisageons de louer de nouveau cette villa l'année prochaine.

Tout est fait pour passer un super séjour. Nous étions 3 familles et la villa est assez grande pour tout le monde. La maison est splendide et très fonctionnel. Nous avons dehors entre la piscine et la cuisine d'été! La vue de la terrasse est juste splendide. L'accueil était parfait. Nous avons toujours des réponses très réactive à nos questions. On la garde en tête pour un autre séjour entre amis.

Großzügige Villa in schöner Lage

Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme funktionierten problemlos. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine große überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen der. Der große, beheizte Swimming-Pool ermöglicht eine Abkühlung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wohnraum und Essecke bieten viel Platz. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt.
