It was near my appointments, near shops and the hotel allowed me to order a pizza and eat it in their restaurant after serving hours

I’ve stayed here before they did it up and I have to say, they really have done a great job, the room looked amazing, very comfortable, the bathroom looks amazing and the shower is great, loved the added touch of water and crisps instead of the normal packet of coffee and bland biscuits in the room, they also provided bottle opener key rings. Not sure if this is normal or just a Christmas thing but I also got a complementary drink at the bar. Very reasonable price and would book again.

I stayed for 4 days at this property for work and didn't have a great experience. The hotel is above a bar which plays loud music until 1am throughout the week. When the music has finished the attendees make noise around the car park including being aloud to sound their horns. If you intend on getting any sleep before 2am - good luck as I didn't. You will also have residents who have been partying in the bar and will keep you awake. In regards to the food I had 2 mornings with excellent food and attention to detail. 2 mornings it looked like the chef couldn't be bothered and the difference in presentation and taste was massive. Would I stay again - no chance due to the noise

The place was great! Was a little nervous about staying 20 mins from the city, but the bar here was awesome!!! There’s live music every Friday and Saturday. The service was fantastic! Definitely recommend

This property provided excellent staff service who went over and above to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Hotel close to public transport and a 40 minute walk from centre of Belfast. Great food and atmosphere!

Rooms were very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. Staff was so friendly and helpful in suggesting and lining us up with tours to do. Complimentary breakfast was fabulous with lots to choose from. Overall great hotel, especially for the price.
