A beautiful stay. The room was gorgeous, with a breathtaking view of the city. We especially enjoyed the observatory bar with the most beautiful menu of cocktails, enjoyed in a relaxing setting. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in the Grand Central over the past few years, and every single time we go to check in 2e hear 'have you stayed with us before?' In previous hotels we have stayed in befote the Grand Central opened we always felt the personal touch, they had our booking history and email on their system and knew that we were good customers. There doesnt seem to be that personal touch with the Grand Central and thats something we feel is missing.

Stale popcorn in bar, no half bottles of champagne available. Poor service. Room was comfortable and clean but certainly not 5 star fittings. Lift sequencing terrible. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Excellent Canadian Concierge.
