Rooms are great and the location is the most premium on belem. The staff males you feel at home and are very helpfull and considerate. It's the best place to stay in belem and the best hitel I've stayed in brazil.

Nice hotel, right by the bay. Hotel was accommodating, but on New Years Eve we needed glasses to make a toast and they didnt have enough cause they were using them at the restaurant on the roof. Also would have been nice to have access to see the fire works on the roof but weren't allowed to have access.

Com uma das estadias mais caras da cidade, fiquei em um quarto com problema de climatização que sou foi resolvido 4 horas depois e isso por uma certa insistência. Ao mudar de acomodação ainda tive que ouvir que o contrato havia sido em uma tarifa inferior. Além de deselegante, isso foi constrangedor. Precisam melhorar a estrutura para receber os hóspedes, pois além de uma sinalização precária não havia estacionamento, tendo que estacionar Na rua em uma área perigosa.

Quarto confortável, aconchegante e espaçoso. Equipe cordial, atenciosa e simpática. Dependências do hotel muito agradáveis com uma ótima localização perto da Estação da Docas, restaurantes e pontos turísticos da capital paraense. Café da manhã bem farto com elementos da culinária regional como a pupunha e até Açaí (!), senti falta da famosa tapioquinha, ao invés do açaí no café da manhã. Eu recomendo. Área da piscina com várias piscinas, telão e bar. Os drinks que consumi estavam saborosos. Não almocei. O jantar foi no Seen, mas isso fica para outra avaliação. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Acho que alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados por ser um hotel de luxo. Bateram no meu quarto as 22h30 para fazer abertura de cama. Achei bem tarde principalmente porque tinha acordado às 6h da manhã para ir em um passeio.No quarto deixavam tudo de um: uma taca, uma água, um shampoo. Sendo que estávamos em duas pessoas. A cápsula de café não é reposta, tem apenas no primeiro dia. Questionados, falaram que era só solicitar a reposição e quando fiz isso me cobraram 14 reais por cada cápsula. O problema nem foi comprar, mas sim as informações que estavam meio desencontradas. O café da manhã é bom, tem algumas comidas regionais. Só achei meio bagunçado. O café é levado na mesa, e por dois dias esqueceram. Um outro dia o pedido demorou muito. Em resumo o hotel é bom, mas não excelente. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos. Mas acho que no fim precisa reforçar um pouco mais o padrão dos procedimentos.

Café da manhã é bom mas a equipe está atrapalhada ainda.. não sei se porque o hotel é novo.. mas demorava muito pra atender os pedidos e repor os alimentos do buffet. Realmente para quem conhece o Tivoli SP(fico sempre hospedado lá) a diferença é muito grande. Esse tipo de hotel o que faz a diferença são os detalhes: -A vista do hotel é horrível .Fiquei no 11°. -No café da manhã faltava leite em pó e Nescau,as frutas sem sabor.O café deixa muito a desejar. -Pedir Salmão defumado e por falta do produto e falta de conhecimento do Garçon me trouxe salmão cru/in natura. -O café é no 1º andar,em SP é no Roftoop. -Só tinha um sabonete no quarto -Nos quartos faltava a sandália -Sempre fico no Radisson ou Gran Mercury em Belém e fiquei lá pela 1ª vez mas me decepcionou muito. -A entrada do hotel não é bonita.Tem que subir uma escada para fazer o chekin.

Hotel novo. Parece ter sido inaugurado às pressas para a COP30 pois ainda há áreas em obras. É um hotel bonito e confortável porém falta a fineza e sofisticação para ser um verdadeiro 5 estrelas. Funcionários pouco prestativos, até um tanto rudes, demonstraram total ausência de proatividade em resolver problemas pontuais. Ainda precisam treinar bastante para chegar lá.
