Le Moulin is a 17th century water mill. Light and airy, the Moulin remains cool in the summer. The entrance leads into a south facing kitchen and cloakroom, with French doors opening onto a sunny terrace. The kitchen has a range cooker, stone work tops and table and chairs for 8. The main salon is spacious with a wood burning stove, sitting area and dining table. A large double bedroom with en suite shower/WC leads off the salon. There are two double bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom/toilet.

La Grange is an old stone barn of lovely proportions right next door to the mill stream, converted to provide a comfortable and elegant interior. The large ground floor room (50sqm) has a modern fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with wood burning stove and a large oak dining table (seating up to 10). French doors open onto the large shady terrace with table and chairs for 12 people, and another leads to the garden and pool. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet.

The gardens and swimming pool
The peaceful gardens lie alongside the old mill stream with plenty of space for games, relaxing and outdoor meals. In front of the property a there is a rose garden while at the back of the grange a wrought iron gazebo provides a centre point, with paths and numerous sitting areas. Mature trees frame the open grass beyond with paths leading to the 11 metre length swimming pool and pool house/changing room, and views of the walnut orchard and the valley beyond.

The two properties have Wi-Fi access, laundry equipment (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) in one of the cellars, there is also a separate deep freezer.

Outside
Large gardens with areas for sitting, playing, spaces for eating outside, 11 m swimming pool, with security pool cover, changing room with WC, electric kettle, sun beds, numerous tables and chairs.

Very young children need to be supervised (due to the little stream at the side of the property)
