A wonderful villa in a big private garaden with spacious swimmingpool
The villa is elegant in an Mauritian style and well maintained. A golf club car is available to go down to beach of the SO Sofitel within its property the villa is located. The place is suitable for families with children.
The villa comes with a housemaid, named Christelle, who does all the daily cleaning, laundry and preparations for breakfast. Also she is a very good chef and can do lunch and/or dinner if you like. Christelle made us feeling like home during our stay.
There is only one minus-point to mention with the place:
The owner is a little bit out of this world as he wanted to charge us for a chair in the living room that broke when someone tried to have a seat on it. He said this piece of furniture was a unique piece of art from Africa. How naive someone must be to put art works looking like furniture in a rental home that is rented out to families with children! If someone does not want his furniture to be used by guests he must removed from the place or clearly mark it being museum stuff that has not to be touched! But even that would be redicilous when kids are playing around. Someone needs to give the owner some advice how to equip a place that is used as a holidy home for rental. Concering the dishes and the cuttlery this general kowledge was follwed already as it was very cheap stuff but good enough to use.
