Cosy semi-detached house with wonderful sea views, in a quiet area of Sa Tuna.
Distributed in three levels and with a well-kept exterior space, in the first floor we find a very luminous living-dining room with exit to a terrace where to enjoy the surroundings, a fully equipped kitchen and a courtesy toilet. On a lower level we find the 3 double bedrooms, one en suite and others with single beds, and another bathroom. And on the last level we access the garden where we find the swimming pool, a solarium area with spectacular views.
