With spectacular sea views, this property is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the heart of the Costa Brava. Spread over three floors, the house offers a cosy and practical setting in which to fully enjoy your holidays.

On the middle floor, where the entrance to the house is located, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with large windows overlooking the cove. This space is perfect for gathering with family and friends and sharing unforgettable moments. There is also a guest toilet on this floor for added convenience.

The lower floor features four double bedrooms, designed to provide comfort and rest. There are also two modern and functional bathrooms with showers, ideal for meeting the needs of the whole family.

The upper floor has a covered dining area that opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of Sa Tuna. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners, relaxing and admiring the beautiful sunsets over the sea.

The property also includes a convenient underground parking space, ensuring that you always have a safe place for your vehicle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sa Tuna. La maison est idéalement placée à proximité de la plage et du chemin de ronde. Que dire de la vue qui est juste incroyable ! Des petits travaux de rafraîchissement seraient à prévoir mais le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.
