The host was lovely and welcoming. In the middle of winter Beechworth can get pretty cold but the house and room were warm and cosy. The room had it own AC and the extra blow heater in the bathroom much appreciated. Electric blanket in the bed made for a warm and cosy sleep. The included cooked breakfast was a perfect way the start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Elaine the manager of the property was so helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is charming and very well located. The florentines on arrival was a lovely touch along with champagne and even port for a night cap! Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious. Lovely accommodation in an historic house, an easy walk to the centre of Beechworth. Included breakfast was wonderful very comfortable bed.
