Cute but noisy

This is a cute apartment, but unfortunately the online listing did not mention that there are multiple young children living above. I totally understand kids make noises- I just wish it was mentioned in the listing. The sounds of footsteps are quite heavy and the children’s voices echo a fair bit. The temperature of the apartment is also not controllable, so it was quite chilly because it was a rainy weekend.
