Altogether about 200 square meters. All amenities, laundry, dryer, dishwasher etc. Facilities for 8 people. Services in the village include small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bakery, doctors office, cigarette shop, bar etc. Close to beaches (La Rochelle some 1hr 15 min away by car, Paris 2,5 hours away by fast train). Less than 100 km to Bordeaux.
